USB Not Working

Hi,

My friend tried plugging his printer into his usb ports today and none of them are reading anything? printers, camera's, scanners etc.

ANy idea why it is not working? or how to fix it?

So non of the USB ports on his entire computer is reading anything? Check for motherboard drivers, also, see if he installed the drivers for the devices he's plugging into the USB ports.

Did he build it himself? Any ports on the case may not have been connected, otherwise, check the drivers.
