Usb plug n play dependencies

Hi, I got a usb music keyboard(JJlabs KS49B). My computer(dell vostro laptop, windows xp sp3) that is offline and is used for only music production can't install the drivers for it. "There is no driver" the manufacturer says, its xp class compliant. The keyboard installed itself on my other computer, so what can there be wrong? Missing files, services that this plug n play function is dependent upon? Im totally lost.

Any Ideas?
 
But, Windows cannot find the driver for it when you go through the Wizard? Have you tried connecting this computer to the internet to allow Windows to search for the driver online?

At the least Windows should recognize it as a USB multi-media device or USB midi controller/hub or something like it.
