USB ports are hard to connect devices to.

Is it normal for a new computer's USB ports be kinda hard to plug in devices? I have to use a little muscle to connect stuff. Everything works, just not use to this new of a computer yet I guess.

This was the case in my old alienware m9750. They worked fine, and it seemed ok, but we sent the computer back due to that and a few other problems.

Yes it is normal for that.
