Here are a few possible solutions; Search through Google and find the USB driver and re-install them Re-Format your computer and that will re-install your device drivers for you (Last option) Go into your device settings and use the 'Roll Back', this will roll back your driver settings and may help to fix the problem Try these out and get back to me and tell me how you get on, Thanks, Chris
