USB problem

Hello guys.
I try to turn my old computer, and everything work fine but mouse, keyboard wont work.
When I turn it on I open BIOS and keyboard work fine, when PC turn on detskop won't work.
My mouse is lighting(optical) when it start but won't work.
I can't open Device manager to see is anyone problem.
Is anyone know what is problem

Most likely have a short in one of your usb ports. Is this a custom built pc or store bought?

This is bought at store, but when I was using it(year maybe two ago) it all work well

Yes, in storage

Storage where? If a place where moisture could get to it, can assume that usb ports may have corroded due to moisture. Gonna have to take it in and have it looked at.

No don't work.
