USB Receiver

I formatted my hard drive and now cannot install my printer (Photosmart1218). When I go to the device driver I find I have yellow flags
on USB CONTROLLER & USB RECEIVER. How do I correct this issue as they are directly under my PHOTOSMART PRINTER.

Have you tried?

You probably Did these things, or did you?...

1. Reinstall USB driver?
2. Reinstall Printer CD-Rom?
3. Followed the instruction while installing printer? (I know that things go awry if you turn on an Epson printer b4 they want you to during the installation).
