USB related drivers causing freeze

Windows 10 freeze after trying to install drivers. I think only USB driver related but then Ethernet drivers cause freezing also. Graphics drivers are fine.
I reinstalled two different fresh windows 10 total 4 times.
After it froze, my left and right monitor turn black.
This is the first time it happens to me installing fresh OS.
What do?

Asus Z170 Deluxe
i7-6700k
16GB Ram

I've ran commands in Command Prompt sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth and the results are in the picture.

Is this a brand new build? Sounds like you have a short of somekind. Try removing the motherboard from the case and put it on a piece of cardboard and then try installing drivers to see what happens. Also, check to make sure that no tabs from the I/O shield on the back are protruding inside any usb ports or the ethernet port. Very common issue.

I would still try running it outside of the case just to help diagnose. Have you tested the hdd for errors? What brand of drive is it?

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus Z170 Deluxe
CPU: i7-6700k
RAM: 4x4GB Corsair Dominators
GPU: MSI Lightning Edition 980 Ti
C: Drive: 2x Samsung Evo 850 500GB in Raid 0

Hard drives have no errors.
