some time after switching to windows 11, usb sound and freezing started to appear. When surfing the Internet, it happens once every half an hour or so, and when playing games, it happens a little more often and freezes for a couple of seconds, and now sometimes the game just closes or a window pops up and disappears.
Here's what I did:
roll back to windows 10 and reinstall with/without saving files
I used a program that tracks who connects via USB and nothing was highlighted in the program.
turned off all usb ports one by one to see if it was glitching
updated the bios to the latest
went to the intel website and downloaded programs with drivers from there and installed them
updated the drivers for the video card and completely updated windows
checked if it was a problem with the video card, replaced it with a 1060

b560m mortar
rtx 3060
650w power supply from msi
and I don't know what to do, please help!
