USB to RCA help?

I bought one of these cables a while ago, and cant find a program to use it with, can anyone help out, thanks

Call me crazy but I don't see any circuitry there... RCA is analog, USB is digital. There has to be something in the middle to do the conversion. If there is something I simply can't see, you're going to have to get information off that. It might even break down to opening it up and getting some information off the chips/board and trying to find drivers that match it.
