USB virus help

evrytime i put a USB device it gets infected with a virus, it all happened when i plugged in my 256mb USB drive it had a virus and got into my comp and now everytimr i put a USB drive whether from a camera or my PSP it gets infected, worst part is i can't remove the virus from my comp with avg free, everytime i delete the file in my USB 256mb it just comes back can any1 help me?
 
I have seen one of my friends having a similar issue like yours. When he inserted his thumdrive, there is somehow a warning showing that there is a virus with a file on his thumbdrive. It appears that you had unknowlingly saved a file with virus into your thumbdrive thus infecting your computer when you are trying to connect the device. What my friend did? He deleted all files on his thumbdrive and use an antivirus software to wrap up all malicious software on his computer. (you may need to reformat if no antivirus software fixed it).
