Well I just ordered a new USB charger for my iPod and phone (Pantech Ease).
This is the charger.
http://www.amazon.com/BESTEK-blackb...8PGO/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1325986081&sr=8-4
Whenever I plug in my phone to the charger my touchscreen will start acting weird. If the screen goes dark while it's plugged in and I try to use the phone, the touchscreen doesn't work. The rest of the buttons are fine but not touch screen. If I plug the phone and use it without letting it go dark the touchscreen acts a little finicky, but still works.
When I plug in my iPod the touch only registers about half the touches and jumps around and clicks on stuff when trying to scroll.
Cords are fine, used them on different chargers. I've had a similar issue on another charger with my iPod but I never thought much of it and didn't connect the problems with the charger.
I've tried having only one in at a time.
What I'm mainly concerned about is whether or not this will fry my few hundred dollars worth of electronics.
Thanks for any help and sorry if this is in the wrong section.
