A few weeks back my computer quit working after I had incorectly shut it off via hitting the switch on the power supply. It would stall at BIOS boot After checking a bunch of things (unplugging everything, but the mobo, changing PSU's) I couldn't get it to work. Well today I was showing a friend and it worked. I had my mouse and keyboard unplugged (both USB) and that was the only difference. When we plugged them back in it still worked. I played with stuff for a bit and then it didn't. Everytime it didn't work, I would just turn off with nothing USB plugged in, turn off, and replug everything and it would work. I'm thinking maybe it's a loose connection in the USB. I'm just wondering if maybe I am correct. I have a new mobo I could put in it if I want, replacing it is an option, and I probably will. I just want to know what is wrong with it.
