USB's don't work

I have a G1 Sniper Z87 motherboard and the USB's don't work. I have six 3.0 USB's from my case and when I plug in an external 3.0 Hard Drive it makes the noise that the computer knows it's there and the same with the 2.0 flash card. I loaded the express load of drivers for the motherboard and the 3.0 USB cable is plug in so I think I'm missing drivers and I'm not sure but they must be on the motherboard DVD but I'm not sure where?
 
Check the device manager to see if there are any entries still needing a driver. USB 3 driver will need to be installed if its not.

I went into device manage and USB 3.0 and "This device is working properly" I tried to upgrade the drivers but it say I have what I need. So I need drivers for my WD passport I guess but I can't figure out why the USB 2.0 flash card didn't work?
