Use BIOS or Systool (or other apps) to OC cpu

Which should i use? my mobos bios or something like SysTool? i saw that systool has a quick test after each one to check for stability, but help anyway, ha

If you can, the BIOS is a much better place to overclock, and then test for stability by using a program called Orthos.
