Use my desktop computer through a box under my tv?

Is it possible to connect a wire from my desktop gaming pc to a box under my tv that has usb's and hdmi so I can have my computer on my tv? I want to connect xbox controllers and use this box for gaming in my livingroom..

I have a desktop pc with it's own screen.
I could offcours connect a 15m long hdmi cable to my tv in the other side of the livingroom.
But I like to run some games on my tv. Fifa etc. And I need to commect two controllers. This is were this box comes in use :)
I need something to connect my controllers to. They are wired.
But on second tought, maby wireless controllers would be the way to go, but they suck compered to the wired ones..
