Using 2 monitors for youtube and games decreases performance, but using one monitor works fine

I have read online that using 2 monitors shouldn't decrease performance much. However, on my computer, it does (as you can see from the title)

I know that it isn't an issue of not having powerful enough hardware, since running the game and youtube on the same screen doesn't decrease performance much.

Can someone help? I know I found this forum literally minutes ago, but that's because I had to abandon Reddit lol

Forgot to mention that I have a laptop, and I use its monitor for games, and the 2nd monitor for youtube and discord and such

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.81 GB usable)
GPU 0 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
GPU 1 AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics
couldn't find the PSU info
Driver Version
23.10.01.45-230626a-393367C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition
(just now realized that the Nvidia card probably hasn't been updated with drivers for a while as I don't have GeForce)

Display 1: Internal Display (my main display)
Connected to GPU 1
1920x1080, 60 Hz

Display 2: ASUS VE247
Connected to GPU 0
1920x1080, 60 Hz

Also, the laptop version is an ASUS TUF Gaming FX505D

Well you probably want to install drivers for your Nvidia card since that's the gaming card.
