Using A Wireless Mouse With Vista.., screen saver will not work...

Its seems that when you try to use a microsoft wireless optical mouse with vista for some reason the screen saver does not go on but if I try it with a corded mouse, the screen saver kicks in like normal...

Any suggestions??

Hmm thats strange becuase i have been using vista on my laptop and my pc and both of them work just fine with my wireless mouse. Sounds like you have something else running in the background or you have some software that runs with that mouse or something that you dont need thats holding it back...
 
Does the mouse ever sleep? Or turn off by itself? Could be that it's always on and therefore Vista is thinking that you are using the computer constantly, so it never goes to the screen saver.
