Using dreamweaver and photoshop

Talk about being vague!

They are two completely different applications to start off with. I suggest you get your self down to a book store as there are loads of beginners guides for both applications. Then once you get a grasp of the basics search around for forums that specialise in them as the users will probably be more advance and could give you help about specific functions etc...
