Using internet to talk overseas from the states?

I have need to contact some people in Europe, Vietnam and Japan.
I only have a phone service. Is there any where on the net for a small charge where i could call using say microphone and the speaker system?
Any other options?
 
Ok.....thanks i'll take a look. One thing though. i seen magicjack.com
Says anywhere in the United States and Canada.

Also says international calls are free if both party's have Magic Jack.
I have a feeling thats meee.....
