Hi! i want to wipe my drive and install a new operating system. If I wipe the entire drive with Killdisk, do I need a floppy to make partitions, or will the install disk let me do that? I'm installing XP, and I know there's a segment of the installation process that lets you partition and format---I just want to be sure that I can do this within the install since I don't have a floppy disk. In other words, if I wipe the drive clean, all I have to do is boot with the install disk, and I won't have any problems. Any and all responses will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You could also use the xp install disk also to reformat the drive just before installing the new o/s
