using old pc for networking

hi guys
basically im going to be using a p3 with i think 64mb of ram will this be ok for broadband use. im going to be networking it up with my pc and my pc runs on xp and the p3 is running 2000 will this be a problem or work fine, i want to share files

it should run ok maybe a little slow but alright, also you might want to chek your ISP [FONT=&quot]minimum requirements[/FONT]

my isp is ntl:telewest i cant find the minimum system requirements but i think it should be fine

ISP system requirements are crap. I don't even know why they post them. I had a 486/66MHz computer on cable internet before! It worked great...just don't try to run flash on it
