Using Partition Magic

I want to format my external 300gb hdd to fat32 so i can plug it in as a portable device on my xbox360. I have Partition Magic 8 but when i highlight the drive and click the format button the only options that come are NTFS, Linux Ext 2 and Linux Ext 3. How do i go about formatting to Fat32?
 
have you cheked in computer management-->disk management and see if the FAT option is available there ?
