Using the case sound and USB add-ons

Hello,

I have the Asus M2R32-MVP motherboard, and the Thermaltake Armor VA8000BWS case and would like to use the USB and the Mic/Headset adapters.

Can anyone assist me in the right direction for webpages that would allow me to accomplish this? I thought I had them right, but obviously not :(
