If I install this codec, will my Windows Media Player 11 then play .X264 files?

I dont use WMP11 myself, but I think all of the Windows Media Players will be able to use any codec that is installed on your PC.
for example if you open the .X264 files in windows media player it will use the .X264 codec from within the codec pack.. so my answer would be yes, but not 100%.
by the way this is a very good codec pack, I use it myself, and it's the only one I use and have ever needed to use since I installed it.
