newegg uses fedex to deliver my stuff, the thing is when i rma my product back to their warehouse is like ultra fast and i was using priority mail

i mailed it on friday and they got in on monday.

yeah and on the fedex side, it took like 5-7 days to arrive with my product. :(

now when i'm mailing my stufs i might be rather using express mail than fedex.

Fedex is way to overprices IMO, I would go with UPS then either of them, but next comes USPS, then DHL then FEDEX, I would go with DHL actully, becuase i can use the faster service cheaper then any of the NORMAL ones though my work now :) but before it would go UPS USPS DLH FEDEX.

I'm beginning to use USPS more just because they are so close(less than a minute drive from my house) I used to go to this place called Postal Connections because they could send stuff by about any service...but all in all, I think USPS is cheaper.

Here's something screwed up...the post office where our mail actually comes from is about 10 minutes from us. Explain that! :P

know a few people who work at the USPS, and they tell me not to use it lol, tells ya something.

USPS does seem faster sometimes, but i prefer Fedex even if it is a bit slower and more expensive, cuz at least i know my stuff will actually get there undamaged. USPS usually comes damaged, shipped PC after eBay sale and buyer said it arrived totally demolished :-\

maybe you should put FRAGILE on the package. newegg send my HDD via FEDEX and the drive's dead, i can see a dent on one of the sides. i know is dead cuz i've tried running it on 2 seperate pcs.

shipping isnt always hthe culprit. they could have dropped the drive and still shipped it out.

FRAGILE sticker won't do anything but make the person think before they throw it in the truck lol. if the item is being shipped, it is expected to be durable enough to survive the shipping process. if it's indeed delicate, or "fragile" then shipping it is not the ideal form of transportation.

take my example. my grandpa is a woodworker, and he made my dad a music stand. my dad doesnt want him to ship it, it took months to make of wood, and if it gets broken that's all wated. so hes flying to michigan, getting it, and driving it back in a rental car.

if you really care about something, don't ship it. :)
