where do i get a special paint to paint case material

What type of material is the case?
If it's metal, I would recommend going to the local auto parts store and pick up some automotive paint. if it's plastic, they have paint specially designed for use on plastic surfaces, which you may also be able to find at the auto parts store.
EDIT: Just saw you meant UV paint. For starters, why don't you tell us what type of material the case is.

as omega said, car stores, i get all of ym spray paint from my local car shop. They do pretty much everything, except that heat-colour changin stuff, god damn i want some of that

More specific, are you painting the inside, which is made of a type of metal, or the outside, which may be either metal or plastic?
