Value case

I am planning on buying an E4300 and an AB9-Pro motherboard for my new computer.

Since I will be using only an ATi 9200 SE video card, what is the cheapest possible Case/PSU combo I can use that has enough power? And I will be overclocking the CPU, will that affect the power needs?
 
OC'ing will affect the power supply. I don't know much about PSU's; so I can't suggest one for you sorry.

I do know that you're better buying a case you like and buying a PSU for it, instead of buying a case with a PSU in it.

I know that, but I am on a very tight budget. I just need a computer case with a PSU that has enough to power the CPU and Mobo I listed.
