Very Cheap Upgrade

Ok I recently built my P4 desktop shown in my sig. I have a horrible urge for more though. I want a motherboard with a socket that is upgradeable. I'm near the peak for what my mobo with it's socket 478 can do. I think one of those pentium D dual cores might fit the bill. I want:

A CPU and Mobo for under $60

The mobo has to have PCI-ex slots.

Must be able to use everything I have now, needs two IDE controllers capable of supporting 4 IDE devices in all.

Front USB support

I Don't need onboard graphics because I'll be getting a graphics card too.

I would prefer intel, but if you think I can get a much better set from AMD, I can do that too. Do you think the Pentium D would be my best bet?

New mobo use DDR3 RAM, you can't reuse your existing ram. Also, new mobo only have one IDE for 2 device
$60 is not possible for new.
