Very Strange Afterburner Problem

Okay, so I just discovered the magic of raising the PCI-e voltage in my BIOS. I've already overclocked the GPU of my Geforce 8400 about 110MHz higher than I could without raising the voltage. I can probably go higher, but for some reason Afterburner is setting a limit at 705MHz. It just won't let me put the slider any higher. Does anyone know how to fix this?

try going to Program Files (x86) (if 64 bit), MSI Afterburner, then double click on the MSIAfterburner cfg file, open it with notepad, scroll down to the very bottom, and set "Enableunofficialoverclocking" to a value of "1" and save. close afterburner first though

It didn't seem to make any difference for me. It might be because I have an Nvidia card, and the clock limit only applies to ATI cards.
