Very strange!!!!

Hello,

Working on a clients computer, had a runtime error, but fixed that.

Now when i go to open IE, computer runs a registration program for a local ISP. This registration program is off a CD, but the CD is not in the drive.

The only reference i can find is a html file, so i delete it.

But it returns after a reboot.

Virus removal tool does not detect anything, Norton Antivirus does not detect it.

Q: How the hell do i get rid of it?

All suggestions greatly appreciatted.
 
It been suggested that i look for a reference to it in the registry and delete it. Its a registration from a local ISP, eircom.net. Phoned them but they said it sounds like a virus.

Anyway if i don't find it in registry i am just going to rebuild it.
