vga, dvi and hdmi

i want to connect all 3 monitors same time. i have 2 monitor and 1 tv. i googled my issue and people said i can not use dvi and hdmi same time.
monitor 1 use vga
monitor 2 use dvi
monitor 3 use hdmi
so i am thinking about getting digitalport to hdmi.
do you guys think this will solove my issue?

my graphic card is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908
so i will end up using 1 vga, 1dvi and 1 digitalport to hdmi.

can someone please let me know about my issue?
i just need to know whether i can use dvi -> vga, dvi, dp -> hdmi same time or not.
