my problem started with installing a new video card, GeForce 7950 GX2 PCIE, got drivers installed and updated, went to device manager and Geforce 7950 is listed twice under display adapters, and that is all thats listed there, the bottom one has a yellow exclamation mark with description of not enough resources(code 12), i asked a friend if i should disable VGA, he aid yes, i did , restarted pc , boots fine, gets to desktop and all i get is a black screen.

I'v tried safe mode, i'v tried Enable VGA under the safe mode option list, still not getting anywhere, 6 hours i been working on this and havent gotten anywhere.
I will appreciate any help I can get that will get me back to my desktop...

When you are mentioning disbling vga is that onboard video? Make sure you set the PCI/PCI-E for PCI-Express in the bios. As far as the yellow marked item in the DM try uninstalling it to see if Windows freshly detects a new device. Also make sure you have completely removed drivers from the previous card(if any) installed on the system. Those will see conflicts.
