probably not, if it was then liberty city stories would have been aswell, which it wasnt (was it??) especially with the ps3 being released sometime soon if they stop nocking the date back all the time, the ps2 is dying, when they come to release this game i doubt the ps2 will get a look in

Well, they could, the PS2 will continue to have new releases for the forseeable future. The way Sony is looking at it, the PS3 is for the people who can afford it, and the PS2 is for people who can't, but still want to play some new games... If they didn't publish some of the previous series, they might not, but the PS2 is far from "dying".
 
Not many people will have a PS3 because of its outrageously high price so if they only release it on PS3 they wont make much money from it. The PS2 will live on long after the PS3 is released. Probably until it you dont need to have won the lottery to afford it.
 
I dunno, Scarface doesn't seem to be as good as GTA. The driving mechanics are kind of...stiff, and not really that fun. Plus the damage on cars isn't near as good as what rockstar pulled off. It also has this rushed feeling, like they could have spent a lot more time fine tuning it. It's still a pretty good game, it just needs to be better if it wants to compete with GTA.

As for Vice City stories, I can't wait for it to be released. And since Liberty City stories was on PS2, I'd assume they'd do the same for Vice City Stories.
