Video A/V output and cables?

Hi,i have this VGN-195AP and i have on the back this video A/V output to connect a 3.5mm plug,like in this manual states bellow on page 83,i've been trying to connect a connector like this bellow! but no video although have everything set up to be able to see video on a regular tv with RCA connectors but so far no video,so i checked out this site and see these connectors,will these be the right ones for this laptop. Thanks in advance.
