Gonna make this short and sweet.
The power bracket on the SSD broke, so only the metal contacts remain, making it impossible to secure power to the SATA SSD. Is there a way to rig it so the power connector will stay in place? Soldering or some other method? My buddy doesn't have the warranty and would rather not replace it if possible. I'm pretty sure he needs a new drive.
Also, his Radeon HD6770 is not picking up a monitor. I tested my personal video card in his system, and it works fine, just not his card. It is receiving power, but no signal. It's a 2 1/2 year old card, so it is probably dying, but I thought I would check here first just in case this is a known issue, with a fix.
Thank you as always!!
