Video card brands are different!!!

Some card brands of the 7800gtx are different speeds and bandwidths are they the same? Is a 7800gtx a 7800gtx no matter what? Are they just overclocked? Do the brands matter? I think they do;)

yea, a 7800gtx is pretty much a 7800gtx. some run warmer, and some cooler, some at higher frequencies and lower frequencies...
however, card layout is pretty commonplace and therefor a new heatsink/fan can be applied to any 7800gtx. id trust a zalman cooler, or a nv silencer if youre worried about case temps.
also, frequencies can be changed fairly easily so i wouldnt worry about the frequency of it unless you're not willing to overclock it at all.

Pretty much the only difference is the cooler they put on it, and the acessories that it includes. And some mfg's pre-overclock their cards. But all-in-all there the same thing.

Well

The reference cooling should be sufficient, yet many card producers add their own fans on the card, which generally do (but don't necessarily) perform better. It is generally better to have an exhaust from the card.

Ok that clears that up I can get brands like leadtek, xfx, asus who cares what accessories you get, only if the card is good (cheap price)
I wanted to have a nice heatsink you know “wow factor”

is that a good idea? Or go for the standard type?
When i look at getting a video card, i decide on what mfg to buy it from by the folowing:

The Price.
The Reviews. (i dont want to get a card that has under 4 out of 5 stars.)
The Look.
The Accessories.
