Video Card Brands Reliability?

What are the brands with the lowest failure rates?
Which brands should be avoided?

There is a good deal on a Diamond 6770 in my area and there aren't that many reviews for Diamond cards.

The reviews there are would suggest quality control could be a little better, but i'm not to sure of the Doa and failure rate of video cards in general.

Diamond is a decent brand, there are really no "bad" manufacturers in the video card department. But I do know that powercolor tends to have problems with its cards. But Diamond should be perfectly fine.
