Video Card Clocking

Hey guys, I just have a really quick question. So I have recently stumbled on this Graphics Card:



Because this card is clocked at 1600MHz, would it work on this motherboard?



The RAM installed into this motherboard is 16GB 1333 MHz RAM. Would this work together with the Graphics Card above?
 
It doesn't matter what ram is on the video card. All you need to make sure is that you have a pci express slot on your motherboard.
