video card descision for future pc

Hey Everyone,
I'm currently saving up and buying parts for a computer I will be making fairly soon. I have been looking at this card.

Is that card 32-bit vista compatible?

And, is nvidia planning on releasing and better cards in the future that I should wait for? Has to be in this price range.

It is indeed Vista compatible. All nVidia 8 series cards are. They are planning to release new cards very soon, but I do not know if they will be faster and in the price range.
