Well, your first post is talking about your video, second post your talking about your sound. Which one are you wanting? or both? That link you posted does not work by the way.
As far as your video driver, here is the latest version.

Because i am thinking on getting the following monitor:

The highest resolution on my current video card is 1600 x 1200. I was told in order to get best picture I need to have exact setting as the monitor offers so need to get current driver. Right now I am on a VGA 17" monitor and I want to go to LCD flat screen so I was wondering if the above link is the correct driver needed.
Well since you have integrated video and you are using a vga cable and not a DVI, its possible that you might have an issue running the native resolution of the new monitor, but then again, you might not. Without trying it, you'll never know. If you do have an issue running the resolution then you'll have to get a separate video card with a DVI connection, providing that your motherboard supports a separate video card, AGP most likely if it does. Do you know what motherboard you have?
