Video card for a Pentium 3 Computer help me please!

I am looking for a video card under 50 dollars with an S video out so i can hook it up to my tv (its a old style tv). I don't know about the older video cards so that is why I am asking for help. The format I need is a PCI slot.

How big o' a TV? I ran a old ATi Rage Pro 128 (32MB) video card to a 30" TV, played videos on full screen fine.
