I picked up my Radeon 6970 for 89 bucks, and that outperforms both of them

You could get a cheap 6670 off of ebay for like $25 for dual graphics, but it's generally a pretty stuttery experience on demanding games especially if you don't have fast RAM for the APU.

Im just afraid it might just bottleneck if I bought a wrong gpu. So both GTX 750 TI or r7 260x is ok for my unit?

I only play Dota2 and League of Legends. But the thing is when I tried opening Bluestacks + chrome + skype or Dota 2 + skype + chrome, it usually lags. BTW I only have 4gb RAM.

Sounds like you addressed your own issue.
4 GB is really 'not enough' these days.

Im also thinking about that, maybe buying 4x2 8gb for now. I hope that will be enough and will solve my lag issues

Out of curiosity do you currently have one RAM stick or two? APUs perform pretty horribly unless at least two sticks are used in a dual channel configuration.

As beers said, you ideally want another stick of 4 GB RAM.

The 250X or 260X if you can get a cheap one will be huge boosts over the APU

So thats what i need to do, upgrade my ram and buy either of 2. How about HD 6670? is it ok?

LoL/Dota might even play well enough for your tastes on the iGPU if you added another stick. It might be iffy if it's only DDR3 1333 though.

Honestly I don't know how to check that. I already tried the dxdiag and cpu-z but it only indicates the size. This is what's indicated on the box
