Video Card for my system?

That would really depend on your needs, sir. What resolution do you play at? What games? What's your budget?

Very open-ended question. I'd recommend either a Radeon 4850 or 4870 1gb...just as a blind guess.

1440x900 is my current preference.

Im just looking for an upgrade from what I got. Ill spend anywhere up to 150$ It all really depends on how much I like the card and if I feel the investment is worth it.

I like to try pretty much everygame. Games I would end up playing alot would be like Oblivion, Need for Speed series, Burnout Series, I really want to try GTA4.

Adobe Photoshop, Rocketdock, Autocad 2010 are some programs I use, I dont know if they are graphic intensive..?

Being able to run Oblivion on Max settings with no lag at all would be supreme. I could handle lowering the graphics to normal on other games. I dont really know anything about video cards when it comes to performance.

I dont have a preference when it comes to ATI or Nvidia. I just want something that would mesh well with my system. I dont want to spend 150$ on a video card if my processor cant keep up.

I really like the look of fanless designs but that isnt necessary. I am a big fan of gigabyte, but again not necessary, and I am trying to keep a blue/copper scheme in my computer, but yet again not necessary.

My case is soon to be a Antec 900. Whenever it arrives. So as far as cooling goes, I should be set.
