Video Card is going out, Need a new one! Help?

Well, after many weeks of my video card going out constantly, I'm looking to buy a new one. Here's the original:

I'm pretty convinced that it's gone out. So, I want a new card. Can you guys tell me if this one would be a suitable replacement?

Or can you find a better one? It needs to stay under $100 or so, and have a HDMI AND a VGA port. I know you/we get questions like this ALL the time, but i really need to get a new one. so, PLEASE help me out. thanks!

EDIT: I play a ton of Minecraft, Bioshock 2, Battlefield 3, and BF:BC2, if that help you out.

Also what psu do you have? The 5770 requires a 6 pin pciexpress power connector

I have an Antec 500 earthwatts PSU, and yeah, it has one of those.

Your psu should be okay with that card.

I noticed that it only supports OpenGL 3.2... Will that work with Minecraft? Or will updating the drivers fix it?

Minecraft isn't that demanding of a game if im not mistaken since here are the system requirements.

runs on a intel gma...but like total crap, you do want some sort of video acceleration, recommend a geforce of some kind tho...ati opengl is poop.
