Video Card memory share whit the MOBo

Hi,
You can see in my sign. that I have a Graphic card integrated on the Mobo....because I don't need more(I don't play games with the PC, I have the Playstation2 for this!!!).
I only wanted to Know,how much memory (RAM) from the MoBo I should share(how many memory the card steals to the MoBo!!!). The maximum possible is 64MB....and I wonder if it's the right choice, or if it's better 32 because the difference is little....?

Might as well use 64MB as that would give the GF4MX440 onboard as much room to work with as possible :)
