Hey all, im new to this forum and im glad i found you :) im kind of a newbie on this so bear with me please. I have a problem with the graphics whenever i enter a game to play. At first i dont remember having this problem, it was later on that the problem started. Im thinking its something to do with the graphic card, maybe overheated? fan doesnt work? too old? i dont know, but before i do anything i would like some advice on what it may be and how i can fix it. Any specs or details you need please tell me and i will provide. I meet the game system requirements so i dont think its that. I have a few pics as examples.

This comletely messed up, couldnt see nothing of the game nearly. The game still runs, it doesnt freeze or anything, it jsut plays it like this most of the time.

your graphics card is artifacting. This is a common symptom of overheating. Try turning your pc off and blowing all the dust off of it. How old is the card? Is it still under warranty? If it is you should return it for a replacement.

By the way, which particular card are you using?

Thanks for the reply linkin. i actually guessed it was because of overheat so i unscrewed the right and left panels and blew the dust out will an air compressor, it was very dusty. The card is very old, im guessing around 3 to 4 years. Its an nvidia 6600 LE, it has a 3 year warranty but i cant find the receipt so even if it is in warranty i dont think i can replace it. i can try though.
