Computer specs please (Mainly the psu). And if your not gaming, and all you want is a 2nd monitor, a 4670 is overkill. Oh and ya dont get a no name psu, just like daisy said

If you aren't gaming, ebay is the way to go.

You can get a very cheap 8600gt or maybe a 3650, both of which will carry 2 HD monitors easily with just picture editing and general use and cost you no more than maybe $20 or so.

that will leave you quite a bit extra for another PSU, however if the one you have now is anything decent, or even a low brand but high wattage PSU, because we are using low end cards that use little power, you may be able to get away with sticking with the cheaper stuff.

Also, whether or not it is beneficial, idk, but if I understand correctly, you mean that you have a video carde already AND you have another PCI-E slot free. If this is right, it may be better to sell the card you have now and get a single, more powerful card, or, if your card isn't very old and can utilise SLI (if it is nvidia) or crossfire (if it is ATi), get a second card of the same type so you can dual monitor and have a bit extra power. For what you will be doing though, this will be pointless and you would be better off going for a single dual output card, like the 8600gt or the ATi 3650
