Video card question

I have a new monitor as well as the older one. Both seem fine with the exception of when I watch video. The issue is as follows:

When I do not expand the video, all is well. But when I expand to full screen is when the picture looks awful. You can see it fine but the colors are off and resolution is bad.

Here is what I have active now:
NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 [Display adapter]
Samsung S22C300 [Monitor] (21.7"vis, s/n Z6S5HCLDB05461, November 2013)

The other monitor is a Dell SE198WFPv (this is the older one).

I thought the issue was the Dell monitor, so I bought the Samsung. Needed another monitor anyway. My guess is the video card just cannot do the graphics. If this is correct, what card should I get? I know enough to replace it but not enough to pick one out. Need some guidance on this one.

Try updating the video driver first. If that don't help, then you would need to get a dedicated card. How much system ram is installed and how much is dedicated to the onboard video?

Looks like I need to get a new video card, diver is up to date.

I have 3G of ram on a 32 bit system. Dedicated memory 128MB.

Is it a standard case or slim tower? Just asking as you may need a card that is low profile.

What you will be doing determines what card to get. If all your doing is watching videos then you don't need anything spectacular.
