Video card queston??

Hi I have a dell dimenson 3000
Intel pentium 4 HT 3.00 GHz rate @ 4.49 GHz
1024 MB of DDR 400 Ram
145 Gig HDD
250 Watt Psu
and I am looking forward to upgrading my integrated graphics card to an Ati X1300, and I wanted to know if this would be good enough to play games like need for speed most wanted and age of empires III.

What type of budget do you have mate? Also a 250W PSU is not that good for "modern" graphics cards, that may need upgrading too...

Well I forgot ot tell you that is is a crappy computer and only has a PCI slot so I thought that the X1300 would be the best to get. Trying to make the best with what I got.

Budget around 100-200 dollars

Im not an extreme gamer and I don't want to play the latest games like Crysis, COD 4, or Bioshock.
