Video Card Recommendation

I'm sure you guys get a ton of these type of threads and so I apologize in advance, but I'm extremely confused and could really use some help.

I'm building a budget PC (around $400) and I'm looking into a graphics card to be around $100 or so. I'd like to get a nice one, but I'm not really sure what I want. Haha. I'm NOT a gamer at all...as in...nada. I do a ton of video encoding though, and I will be using Photoshop, Illustrator, and doing a lot of video editing. Having the Aero Visual Effects of Vista would be nice too.

What would be a good card for me? Again, I'm not a gamer, but I thought that I would still need a nice card because I use some pretty high-graphical programs.

Thanks! Any comments are welcome!

yeah you can get an old x800 or 7900 chipset for under 100

You could just get a PCI video card, dont even need the express slot

IF you dont game at all go with this
www.newegg.com then search for
3D Fuzion 3DFR55256P GeForce FX 5500 256MB 128-bit DDR PCI Video Card - Retail

I was looking at a Foxconn 7900GS. It's for $120, but I really REALLY liked the 256-bit interface and that caught my eye. How would that card perform?

Like I said, I'm not a gamer and so it's not all that important, but I still want a nice overall graphics card for Video Editing, and Picture Editing.

do your motherboard have a pci-E slot
If it does, cards great if your nto a gamer.. if you are a gamer.. its cun run games decent... I have two of them(7900 GS chipset)
